Tasha Walker is the Office & Operations Coordinator for Corus Family Wealth Advisors. Tasha enjoys helping others accomplish a variety of tasks in an increasingly digital financial industry. She is highly skilled in communication and organization and works with the Operations team to develop effective, efficient processes to serve our clients.  

Tasha worked as an educator for over 25 years before joining Corus in August 2023. Most recently, she was the Upper Campus Media Specialist and Instructional Technology Coach for Grace Community School in Tyler, Texas. Before that, Tasha primarily taught English at several Christian schools. She obtained her Master of Education in Secondary English from Harding University in 1993, after completing her Bachelor of Arts with a double major in English and History at Abilene Christian University in 1991.

Tasha is a 4th-generation Texan who lives in McKinney with her husband, Joseph. The couple is honored to be part of the Lucas Christian Academy community, where Joseph serves as Head of School. Tasha and Joseph enjoy watching football & soccer games, movies, musicals, & mysteries; attending concerts; reading books; having thought-provoking conversations; taking their Rhodesian Ridgebacks for long walks; going on beach trips; and traveling in general. Best of all is when they can do these with family, especially their son, Rick, and their daughter and son-in-law, Darby and Jacob Stillings.

My goal is that they may be encouraged in heart and united in love, so that they may have the full riches of complete understanding, in order that they may know the mystery of God, namely, Christ, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.
