Tasha Walker is a Client Services Specialist and Office Manager for Corus Family Wealth Advisors. Tasha particularly enjoys interactions with clients and helping them accomplish a variety of tasks in an increasingly digital financial industry. She is also highly skilled in communication and organization, and assists the Operations team in developing and carrying out client-service processes with greater efficacy and efficiency.

Tasha worked as an educator for over 25 years before joining Corus in August 2023. Most recently, she was the Upper Campus Media Specialist and Instructional Technology Coach for Grace Community School in Tyler, Texas. Tasha primarily taught English in the years prior, with isolated stints in history, Bible, computer science, and several other sciences. She obtained her Master of Education degree in Secondary English from Harding University in 1993, after completing her Bachelor of Arts with a double major in English and History in 1991 at Abilene Christian University.

Tasha is a 4th-generation Texan who has temporarily resided in other states but happily now lives in McKinney with her husband, Joseph. The couple is honored to be part of the community of families at Lucas Christian Academy, where Joseph serves as Head of School. Tasha and Joseph enjoy watching football and FC Dallas games, movies, musicals, all kinds of mysteries, attending concerts, reading books, having thought-provoking conversations, taking their Rhodesian Ridgebacks for long walks, going on beach trips, and traveling in general. Best of all is when they can do these with family, especially their son, Rick, and their daughter and son-in-law, Darby and Jacob Stillings, all of whom are now in college or graduate school in Arkansas.

My goal is that they may be encouraged in heart and united in love, so that they may have the full riches of complete understanding, in order that they may know the mystery of God, namely, Christ, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.
